Please read this Agreement carefully before signing.
This Rental Agreement & Liability Acknowledgement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bonita Nights (“Bonita Nights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer identified below (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By signing this Agreement, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental and use of Bonita Nights equipment.

2. RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Bonita Nights will provide the equipment included in the Customer’s selected rental package (“Rental Equipment”).
The Rental Equipment may include items such as:
- Teepees and pre-built poles
- Mattresses
- Bedding and blankets
- Cushions and pillows
- Lighting
- Trays
- Decorative accessories
- Themed décor
All Rental Equipment remains the property of Bonita Nights.
The Customer is responsible for the Rental Equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected by Bonita Nights.
3. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP
Bonita Nights provides delivery and pickup of the Rental Equipment.
The Customer is responsible for:
- Setting up the Rental Equipment.
- Following the Bonita Nights Safety, Care & Setup Guide provided with the equipment.
- Ensuring the equipment is used appropriately.
- Supervising children and guests.
- Taking down the equipment after the event.
- Preparing all Rental Equipment for pickup.
Bonita Nights does not provide setup, installation, tear-down, childcare, babysitting, event supervision or event management services.
The Customer agrees to ensure that the delivery and pickup location is accessible at the scheduled times.
4. INDOOR USE ONLY
All Bonita Nights Rental Equipment is intended for indoor use only.
The Rental Equipment must not be used outdoors or exposed to rain, snow, excessive moisture or weather conditions.
The Customer is responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized or improper use.
5. SAFE USE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees to use the Rental Equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
The Customer agrees to:
- Follow all Bonita Nights setup, safety and care instructions.
- Ensure that children and guests are appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
- Prevent children and guests from climbing, hanging from or pulling on teepees or structural components.
- Prevent jumping on mattresses or unsafe use of the equipment.
- Keep candles, open flames, sparklers and other heat sources away from the Rental Equipment.
- Not smoke or vape near the Rental Equipment.
- Not modify, alter or repair the Rental Equipment.
- Take reasonable care to protect the Rental Equipment from damage, stains, loss or theft.
- Keep the Rental Equipment at the agreed delivery location unless otherwise approved by Bonita Nights.
6. EQUIPMENT CARE, DAMAGE & LOSS
The Customer agrees to return all Rental Equipment in substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
The Customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Missing or lost items
- Theft
- Excessive cleaning
- Repair or replacement required as a result of improper use or care
If damage, excessive cleaning or missing equipment is identified after pickup, Bonita Nights will assess the issue and communicate the applicable charges to the Customer.
7. PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $100 booking retainer is required to secure the Customer’s reservation and will be applied toward the total rental price.
The remaining rental balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit, if required for the selected rental package, must be paid before delivery.
The security deposit may be used toward reasonable costs associated with damage, excessive cleaning, missing or lost Rental Equipment, in accordance with this Agreement.
Any remaining security deposit amount will be returned after the Rental Equipment has been collected and inspected.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Customer understands that the assembly, handling and use of Rental Equipment may involve risks, including slips, trips, falls, injury resulting from improper assembly or use, and injury or damage caused by the actions of children or guests.
The Customer voluntarily assumes responsibility for risks arising from the Customer’s setup, handling and use of the Rental Equipment and the setup, handling and use of the Rental Equipment by the Customer’s children and guests.
9. LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to release Bonita Nights and its owners, partners and representatives from claims arising from the Customer’s or guests’:
- Improper assembly of the Rental Equipment
- Misuse of the Rental Equipment
- Failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidelines
- Failure to appropriately supervise children or guests
- Unauthorized modification or relocation of the Rental Equipment
This Agreement does not exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. AUTHORITY & EVENT LOCATION
The Customer confirms that they have the authority and necessary permission to receive and use the Rental Equipment at the delivery location.
The Customer is responsible for obtaining any permission required from a property owner, landlord, condominium corporation, venue or other relevant party.
11. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, the Customer confirms that:
- I have read and understood this Agreement.
- I understand that Bonita Nights provides delivery and pickup only.
- I am responsible for setting up and taking down the Rental Equipment.
- I agree to follow the Bonita Nights Safety, Care & Setup Guide.
- I understand that the Rental Equipment is for indoor use only.
- I understand that I am responsible for supervising children and guests.
- I understand my responsibilities regarding damage, loss and care of the Rental Equipment.
- I acknowledge and accept the risks and liability terms described in this Agreement.
